How Do I Book?

Go to the booking tab at the top of the home page.  Select the date required and proceed through the payment options.

How to I access the Chapel on the Day?

The Chapel Curator will meet you at the Chapel at the start of your booked time slot. Or a previously arranged time.

Does the price include a Celebrant?

No the price includes the hire of the Chapel premises only.

Can I decorate?

Yes you are able to decorate the chapel as you wish.  Please note:

  • you will be responsible for removing all decorations at the end of your ceremony.; and
  • you need to consider the time of your wedding and pre & post decoration when booking time slots

Can I book a rehearsal?

Yes, just tick the box when making your booking.  The curator will be in touch to arrange a time  subject to availability.  A fee exists for all rehearsals of $100.

Do you allow same sex marriages?

Absolutely! Love is Love at our Chapel and all are welcome.

Where do we park?

There is limited parking available adjacent to the Chapel.

A large public carpark is available north of the chapel – servicing the Parklands.

Metered parking is also available next to the Tackle shop, south of the Chapel.

Can I set up tables and signs?

Yes, you can set up tables and signage or a signing table for the wedding.  Just be aware that you can hand out bottled water but no other food or drink is allowed.

How do I play music?

There is a speaker system available, accessed through a cord that plugs into any earphone socket (mobile, tablet, laptop)

Can I have more than 40 guests?

Seating for 40 is provided.  There is room for up to 40 extra chairs on the deck area.  You would need to provide these chairs.  Please consider the time for set up when booking your timeslot.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, there is a ramp along the northern side of the Chapel

Are toilets available?

Yes, toilets are available in the Northern Pavilion next to Chapel

Can I have a look inside the chapel?

The curator can let you know when she is next at the chapel and you are welcome to meet for a look.  Viewings times are only available at the discretion of the curator.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Our refund or cancellation policy is included in our Terms and Conditions on the website.

What facilities are in the chapel?

  • Seating for 40
  • Glass signing table
  • 2 x vases of white silk flowers
  • Microphone
  • Sound speaker system (with earphone jack)
  • TV
  • Lecturn
  • 2 x air-conditioners

How can I pay?

  • Paypal
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • EFT

Can I put down a deposit?

Full payment is required when making the booking.

When paying by EFT the booking is not secure until the funds are received.

Can I book extra time onto the time slot?

If you require longer than the appointed 2.5 hours, additional time can be booked at $150/hour – subject to availability.

What can I do if my wedding is at 1pm and your time slot only starts then?

You have two options:

  1. Book the time slot before as well; or
  2. Talk to the curator about booking an additional hour (subject to availability) for $150/hr
