The Chapel Concierge will meet you at the Chapel at the start of your booked time slot. Or a previously arranged time.

No the price includes the hire of the Chapel premises only.

Yes, you are able to decorate the chapel as you wish.  Please note:

  • you will be responsible for removing all decorations at the end of your ceremony.; and
  • you need to consider the time of your wedding and pre & post-decoration when booking time slots.

Yes, just tick the box when making your booking.  The Concierge will be in touch to arrange a time subject to availability.  A fee exists for all rehearsals of $150.

Absolutely! Love is love at our Chapel and all are welcome.

There are over 60 public parking bays adjacent to the Chapel.

A large public carpark is also available north of the chapel – servicing the Parklands.

Yes, you can set up tables and signage or a signing table for the wedding. Just be aware that you can hand out bottled water but no other food or drink is allowed.

There is a speaker system available, accessed through a cord that plugs into any earphone socket (mobile, tablet, laptop). There is also a Bluetooth connection available.

Seating for 42 is provided. There is room for up to 40 extra chairs on the deck. You would need to provide these chairs. Please consider the time for set up when booking your timeslot.

Yes, there is a ramp along the northern side of the Chapel.

Yes, toilets are available in the Northern Pavilion next to the Chapel.

The Concierge can let you know when she is next at the chapel and you are welcome to meet for a look.  Viewings times are only available at the discretion of the Concierge.

Our refund or cancellation policy is included in our Terms and Conditions on the website.

Full payment is required when making the booking.

When paying by EFT the booking is not secure until the funds are received.

If you require longer than the appointed 2.5 hours, additional time can be booked at an extra 50% of the original booking fee – subject to availability.

You have two options:

  1. We suggest booking the timeslot before as well – subject to availability. This extra time will be charged at 50% of the original booking fee. (ie if the Original booking is $550, the extra time slot prior will only cost $275.)
  2. Please contact our Concierge to arrange any extra time required
